Newmont Corp. says the three workers were freed at 10:40 p.m. PT, and are being reunited with their families on Friday morning.
The workers, contracted by Hy-Tech Drilling to work on the mine, had been trapped underground since Tuesday morning when two rockfalls cut them off.
