A new regional bus runs from Hinton to Jasper and up to a mobile housing village at Marmot Meadows five times a day. The municipality launched the service after people displaced by last summer's wildfire moved to Hinton and into temporary housing. Municipal officials say it's a quiet start to the service but they plan to promote it in the coming weeks.
