With protesters gathered outside, U.S. ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra spoke to an audience at Winnipeg Art Gallery-Qaumajuq on Tuesday. Despite ongoing trade tensions, the ambassador advised Canada not to turn its back on its neighbour to the south.
