Distracted driving a top concern among Manitobans, CAA survey suggests
A new survey conducted by CAA suggested that Manitobans are very worried about dangerous driving — especially distracted driving and speeding. According to the survey of 506 adult drivers, 88 per cent of respondents felt concerned about distracted driving, 63 per cent had seen a close-call or traffic violation caused by distracted driving and 13 per cent said they'd been directly involved in a collision due to distracted driving. A survey of 500 Manitobans has a margin of error of plus or minus three per cent, 95 per cent of the time, DIG Insights said.
