The Princess Bride, which turned 30 this year, was a fairytale movie that was not only sweet, but also smart. With scene-stealers like Billy Crystal as Miracle Max and André the Giant as Fezzik, the Rob Reiner-directed film also starred Mandy Patinkin as the vengeful Inigo Montoya, Robin Wright as Princess Buttercup and Cary Elwes as Westley.
Elwes went on to write a book about the film called As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride and so q invited him to present an oral history of the film earlier this year on its 30th anniversary.
