Every Monday, the screen panel convenes to look at big stories happening in the film and television worlds. This week, entertainment writer John Semley and CBC's Amanda Parris join Tom Power to discuss the 2018 Tony Awards, which were handed out last night. Some of the big winners include The Band's Visit, which won best musical, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two for Best Play, and Angels in America for Best Revival. Many of this year's nominated shows were not original stories, and many of them started out on screen, which leads our q screen panel to ask: has Broadway run out of ideas?
