Meet the business exec apologizing to working moms

Katharine Zaleski admits that she used to roll her eyes at career women with children. Now she wants to publicly atone for that attitude.

Have you ever rolled your eyes at a colleague who turns down after-work drinks, explaining that she must get home to her kids? Katharine Zaleski has, and now she's sorry. 

The PowerToFly president has issued an apology to working mothers, a group of women she used to judge — until she joined their ranks. Zaleski joins guest host (and fellow working mom) Jelena Adzic to discuss her open letter to career women with children, and why she felt the need to publicly denounce her former perspective.
