McGill Art History professor Charmaine Nelson joins guest host Candy Palmater to discuss the recent use of blackface by a Montreal theatre company, and what she sees as the troubling resurgence of a racist practice.
Théâtre du Rideau Vert recently came under fire for having a white actor, with his face painted black, portray the famous Canadiens defenceman in their annual year-end production.
