Ghost BFF is a Canadian dark comedy that tells the story of best friends Tara and Amy after Tara commits suicide following a long battle with depression. Three years later, Amy has seemingly moved on, when Tara's ghost shows up and a bizarre yet humorous reunion follows. The series creators Katie Nolan and Vanessa Matsui drop by the q studio to talk about the series, how laughter can be cathartic and what they hope their series adds to the discussion around mental health.

Ghost BFF is now streaming on whohaha.com.
