Topher Grace stars in War Machine, the new Netflix film headlined by Brad Pitt as Glen McMahon, a U.S. general parachuted into Afghanistan in 2009. The film also stars Ben Kingsley and Tilda Swinton. McMahon's frank opinions about senior government officials are published in a Rolling Stone interview with the officer and Grace's character, Matt Little, is McMahon's media advisor.

The film is based on Michael Hastings' best-seller The Operators which is about Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal's tenure in Afghanistan.

Grace talks with q host Ali Hassan about playing characters based on real people in a film touted as a satire, and how his film career has developed since his role as Eric Forman on the sitcom That '70s Show.
