In this video from her series Fit for Me, Beverley will lead you through a 25-minute sweat sesh filled with high-energy movements that'll get your heart pumping. You'll start with a dynamic warm-up and stretch before moving into alternating circuits of cardio and bodyweight exercises that target your upper and lower halves.

25-minute indoor cardio workout
For 3 rounds:
- Jogging on the spot x 20 secs
- Butt kicks x 20 secs
- High knees x 20 secs
— Mini stretch —
Repeat, alternating, for 2 mins total:
- Plank walkout + push up
- Plank walkout + 6 mountain climbers
- Plank walkout + low plank jack
Repeat for 2 rounds:
- Side to side jogging steps x 30 secs
- Lateral stutter steps x 30 secs
- Skater jumps x 30 secs
Repeat for 2 mins total:
- Squat twist x 20 secs
- Reverse lunge to knee drive (L) x 20 secs
- Reverse lunge to knee drive (R) x 20 secs
Repeat for 3 rounds:
- Jumping jacks x 45 secs
- Burpees x 45 secs
