A 25-minute small space workout you can try just about anywhere
Fitness coach Beverley Cheng shares a full-body sweat sesh designed for tight quarters
POV: You want to workout, but you really don't have a lot of room.
Dealing with tight quarters? You don't have to let that interfere with your fitness plan. In fact, this simple routine from fitness coach Beverley Cheng is packed with exercises that you can do without leaving your yoga mat — even if you're training right beside your dishwasher.
In this video from her series Fit for Me, Beverley will lead you through a 25-minute workout that uses supersets — two exercises back-to-back — to give you a serious full-body burn. You'll start with a little cardio to get your heart rate up, then move into some arm and ab work to get those muscles firing.
Check out the full workout video, then scroll down for the list of exercises. All you need is a resistance band, a mat and some water to get started. Let's go!
