This full-body cardio blast workout will really make you sweat
Amp up your outdoor workouts with this circuit from personal trainer Eunice
Looking for a workout you can take to the park or with you on your travels that will still bring the intensity?
In this video, personal trainer Eunice leads you through a heart-pumping circuit that you can try just about anywhere. Each exercise activates the entire body, though you can expect to feel the heat build up in your core and upper half in particular. Weights and a mat are optional, so use whatever's accessible to you. Just be sure to keep some water nearby, and get a towel ready — chances are you'll need it after this one.

Full routine:
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds or 12 reps per side, taking 20 seconds to rest in between.
- Shoulder taps to bear stance
- Jump squats
- Single knee touches
- Squat hold to punches (weights optional)
- Dead stop pushup to Superman
Repeat the entire circuit three times.
