Rise together at the Pinoy Festival with CBC
The Filipino festival takes place June 14
CBC is proud to be an exclusive radio partner of the Pinoy Festival 2025 – a free, all-ages event filled with joy, reflection, and powerful togetherness in celebration of the Filipino-Canadian culture and community on Saturday, June 14 at the Swangard Stadium in Burnaby, B.C.
This year's theme, We Rise, is a call for unity in the face of hardship. In the wake of the Lapu-Lapu Day Festival attack, the Pinoy Festival offers a moment to rise together above sorrow and stand united with hope, resilience, and pride.
Kick off the festival with a high-energy Zumba session (Hataw Zumbayanan), followed by cultural performances, art and painting exhibits, a Philippine cultural fashion showcase, a Filipino and global food fiesta, family-friendly entertainment, and more!
