Vancouver house party victim ID'd as Surrey teen

Police have released the name of a teenage girl who was fatally stabbed at a house party in Vancouver on Friday.

Angela Qiu, 17, of Surrey died after she was stabbed inside a rental home in the 6600 block of Knight Street in the city's East Side at about 1 a.m. PT.

A 16-year-old girl, whose name hasn't been released, was also stabbed. She was treated in hospital and later released.

Police said at the time they were interviewing witnesses and looking for a teenage girl in connection with the incident.
