CBC Provincial Playlist is a long-running Edmonton AM music segment on CBC Radio One that shines a spotlight on Alberta artists.
Produced and presented by Tara McCarthy, each week the segment invites a new artist or band to dig deep into their craft and share insights about what inspires their style of music.

Provincial Playlist Live at Felice Cafe
The first-ever CBC Provincial Playlist Live took place at Felice Cafe on Saturday, March 22, 2025. It featured three singer-songwriters: Caylie G, Kija Lado and Jessie Bird.
They shared insights into their lives and style of music, and played original songs in an acoustic and intimate setting.
