Tubing comes back to Elora Gorge on Saturday
Tubing will start up again again at Elora Gorge July 8. The Grand River Conservation Authority says river conditions have returned normal after last month's flood.
Good news for last-minute weekenders, tubing activities at Elora Gorge will re-open this Saturday on July 8.
The Grand River Conservation Authority said in a news release that the river conditions have returned normal after last month's flooding.
Park goers should take note that there may be debris in waterways throughout the watershed. Trails have also been damaged by the heavy rain and flooding in late June.
GRCA reminds the public to be cautious when in the river, especially when around dams where powerful surges of water can trap people.
