Silver alert called off after missing man, 33, found safe

Early Thursday morning, police issued a silver alert — which are implemented when vulnerable adults go missing — after a man went missing in St. Vital. He was located later the same morning.

Police have called off the search for a missing 33-year-old man who has been found.

Early Thursday morning, police issued a silver alert — which are implemented when vulnerable adults go missing — after the man went missing in St. Vital.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., police said the man had been located.

CBC News has removed the name and image of the man now that he's been found to protect his identity.
