Winnipeg police are seeking the public’s assistance as the search continues for a 24-year-old man who has not been seen or heard from since Wednesday.

Winnipeg police are seeking the public's assistance as the search continues for a 24-year-old man who has not been seen or heard from since Wednesday.

Jayden Poetker, 24, was last seen on July 9 at 7:55 p.m. in the Polo Park area, said a Winnipeg police news release.

Police said they are concerned about Poetker's well-being. 

He is described as five feet seven inches tall, with a thin build, blond hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hat, black T-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.

He drives a 2005 red Toyota Tacoma double cab V6 pickup truck with Manitoba licence plate KWN 729, police said.

Anyone with any information regarding Poetker's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
