A 15-year-old boy died after he was hit by a car in Donnacona, Que., on Friday night at around 7:30 p.m.
Driver could face charges for dangerous driving and driving while impaired, say provincial police

A 15-year-old boy died after he was hit by a car in Donnacona, Que., on Friday night at around 7:30 p.m.
Provincial police say the incident occurred on Highway 138, southwest of Quebec City, near des Prés Avenue.
The teen was walking beside the road and the driver allegedly swerved out of their lane into the opposite lane and hit the boy, according to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ). The boy died at the scene.
The SQ says the driver was taken to hospital, arrested, and could face charges of dangerous driving and driving while impaired. He was released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
