Montreal police find missing 63-year-old man with cognitive impairment

Montreal police say they've located a 63-year-old man with cognitive impairment who was reported missing Monday.

Montreal police say they've located a 63-year-old man with cognitive impairment who was reported missing Monday. 

He was found in the early hours of Tuesday at a restaurant in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough, according to a news release sent by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal.
