Watch thousands of cod swimming underwater near Bay de Verde

While out in boat last week, a Bay de Verde man used his waterproof camera to capture a massive school of cod swimming together in hypnotizing fashion.

Mark Blundon lowered the camera into the waters until it was right smack in the middle of the fish, and caught the curious creatures as they foraged for food — and in some cases came in for a close-up shot.
