Whales have been entertaining visitors and and locals alike this sjummer off the shores of Newfoundland

Strat Barrett sent CBC this video of a whale who seemingly put extra effort in making sure it was noticed.

"On my trip home to Newfoundland (originally from Toronto), we spotted a breaching whale off the coast of Trinity." Barrett says. "When we got closer, it started to put on a show for us! Non-stop breaches and something none of us have ever seen before: an upside-down humpback whale flipping its tail in and out of the water continuously."

You can watch the video of the whale flapping and slapping its tail. There is a bit of strong language.
