Justin Trudeau to visit St. John's, Corner Brook on Monday
The Prime Minister is set to visit Newfoundland next week, months after an earlier trip was scuttled by bad weather.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will visit Newfoundland and Labrador next week, with stops in St. John's and Corner Brook, sources tell CBC News.
No information has been released about Trudeau's itinerary while in the province.
An earlier planned visit to Corner Brook, scheduled for April but cancelled because of "severe weather conditions," included a stop at the Grenfell Campus of Memorial University.
At that time, he was also set to meet with members of the Little Port fishing community.
The Prime Minister and his family spent personal time in the province over Easter, with a trip to Fogo Island.
