Marina fire destroys pleasure boat at Foxtrap dry dock

A boat on dry dock was destroyed after it caught fire at a marina in Conception Bay South late Tuesday night. 

The Conception Bay South Fire Department was called to the marina in Foxtrap around 10 p.m. 

A 30-foot cabin cruiser was on a trailer at the time.

No cause is yet known. 

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said the fire is under investigation, and that fire investigators would be on the scene on Wednesday.
