Comedy show in Burlington has audience seeing double Dwights
Are two Balls better than one?
Comedian Mark Critch put forth his best Dwight Ball impression to try and entertain fans at Shaun Majumder's festival in Burlington.
During The Gathering's comedy night, the This Hour Has 22 Minutes star donned a grey wig, dropped a few "h"s and poked fun at the premier.
"A lot of people were upset about the levy," Critch joked.
"We were the first province in the county to have a cover charge. That's an idea I got at the George Street Festival."
Critch made fun of the Liberal party's backtracks, with library and court house closures, and made a joke about a new discovery of oil.
"We recently discovered 25 million barrels of oil off the coast of Newfoundland, with a current oil value of over $700."
Even the real premier had a few laughs when he stepped on stage.
