Police have arrested woman who pleaded guilty to multiple fraud charges after she failed to show up for court Thursday morning.

CBC News has learned that Michelle Gushue, 40, is being held in custody and appeared in provincial court Friday morning.
She is set to be sentenced on Dec. 4.
She has already entered a guilty plea in October to multiple fraud charges, while admitting to depositing company cheques into her own account during her work as a bookkeeper for three St. John's-area companies.
