Police share new security camera footage of Cortney Lake's last known whereabouts
RNC seeks help of neighbours, nearby businesses to review security camera footage
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is releasing new information in connection with Cortney Lake's disappearance.
New security camera footage uncovered by the RNC shows Lake leaving her residence on Wellington Crescent in Mount Pearl on June 7 at 7:52 pm.
Police say these are the last known images of Lake before she went missing and all activity on her phone and social media stopped.
The RNC is now asking all residents and businesses in the area around Lindbergh Crescent, Ruth Avenue, Michener Avenue (and surrounding neighbourhood) and Old Placentia Road to review any security camera footage collected shortly after Lake was last seen.
Police consider her disappearance suspicious. Lake was wearing a grey parka with a pink liner inside, a plaid shirt and black pants, and she was wearing glasses at the time she went missing.
Anyone with information on Lake's whereabouts is asked to contact the RNC or Crimestoppers directly.
