Peter Laing of Bay Bulls is a teacher, musician and composer. But he unwinds by taking to the great outdoors with a tree stump, a chainsaw, and his imagination.

Peter is inspired by his natural surroundings, including the humpback whales which are frequently seen in the ocean near Bay Bulls. 

Some tree stumps make excellent Christmas trees, Peter has discovered.
