Yukon firefighters continue to battle blazes in the northwestern United States.
Thirty-three firefighters were sent down to work in Idaho and Oregon, almost a month ago. They completed one rotation, had some rest time and then returned to the fire lines.
Earlier this week, six Yukon firefighters were sent to Spokane, as Washington state is in the midst of its worst fire season on record.
In addition, two members of Yukon Wildland Fire Management are working in B.C., providing administrative support.
The fire danger rating across the Yukon has been low since Aug. 13.
