Prince Albert police are asking for the public's help after a Friday night hit and run left two people hospitalized with serious injuries.
Police say around 10:13 p.m. local time, one of their officers saw a small, dark-coloured SUV hit two people in the 1400 block of 2nd Ave. West.
The police officer drove to the scene, but the driver had already fled. The officer stayed to treat the victims, a 34-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man. Both were taken to Victoria Hospital and remain there in serious condition.
