Estevan, Yorkton flooding shot on smartphones, shared with Sask.

Flash flooding in Estevan, Sask. prompted the declaration of a state of emergency. It didn't stop people from pulling out their smartphones, shooting and sharing the wild weather.

A state of emergency was declared in Estevan, Sask. after the city of 11,000 was pelted with 130 millimetres of rain in less than three hours on Sunday.

Yorkton, Sask. was also pummeled by the rain.
