Pinehouse RCMP searching for inmate who escaped from Besnard Lake Correctional Centre

Pinehouse RCMP are looking for an inmate they say escaped from the Besnard Lake Correctional Centre.
Kobe Kiseyinewakup, 26, was last seen by staff at the facility, which is about 340 kilometres north of Saskatoon, at approximately 8 p.m. CST on April 14.
Kiseyinewakup was charged with 11 offences — including robbery with firearm, discharge firearm with intent, discharge firearm while being reckless, and aggravated assault — after a 2023 armed robbery on Deer Lake Trail. He was arrested by Saskatchewan RCMP's Meadow Lake Crime Reduction Team on Island First Nation and charged with an additional count of mischief under $5,000.
Kiseyinewakup is described as being approximately 5'6" and 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Pinehouse RCMP are asking that anyone with information on Kiseyinewakup or his location to call them at 310-RCMP or contact Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
