Investigators are looking for two suspects in the death of Sina Parsi, the Vaughan, Ont., man whose remains were found in Toronto on Friday.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Clyde Marshall of New Brunswick and Sabrina Chouart of Gatineau, Que. Both are wanted for first-degree murder.

They are believed to be together, and might also have a large breed dog, possibly a bull mastiff, with them according to Det. Shawn Mahoney of the Toronto Police Service.

"If anyone knows the whereabouts of these individuals we're asking you to contact police immediately," Mahoney said at a news conference on Saturday.

Police say Marshall is 36, six feet tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and a tattoo on the right side of his neck and arm, police say. Chouart is 27, five-foot-seven, 130 pounds with brown hair.

Marshall is known to police for what Mahoney described as "property and violence offences." He and Chouart are thought to have been on the run since Friday or Thursday.

Sgt. Lori Magee with the Saint John Police Force said there is a possibility Marshall could return to New Brunswick and warns it may be dangerous to approach him.

"Use caution and treat him as if he's armed and dangerous," Magee told CBC News.

Magee said Marshall is known to Saint John police for various violent and weapons-related incidents.

Found in apartment

Investigators said Parsi's body was found in an apartment at 230 Woolner Ave, near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West in central Toronto, about 22 kilometres from where he was last seen alive, well north of the city in suburban Vaughan.

But police are saying little else about the case. Mahoney would not comment on the cause of death, when Parsi was killed or what if any relationship he had with the suspects.

Investigators said earlier someone had tried to access the 32-year-old man's bank accounts after he disappeared.

The case was handed over to the homicide unit of the York Regional Police earlier in the week, though at the time it was still considered a missing persons case.

Parsi's death marks Toronto's 23rd homicide of the year.

Seen leaving soccer game

Parsi was last seen leaving a soccer game in the Teston Road and Highway 400 area on Tuesday around 11:20 p.m. ET. He drove away in his 2012 black Dodge Ram pick-up truck.

On Thursday, police found his truck in a Jane Street and Alliance Avenue area parking lot around 1:15 a.m. Parsi was not with the vehicle, but a passerby found his wallet nearby.

Parsi was also captured on security camera footage getting out of his truck and walking south on Jane Street before disappearing from view.
