Police were called to a fire early Tuesday morning at an Etobicoke-based Burger's Priest restaurant, in what they suspect is a case of arson.

CCTV footage obtained by CBC News shows the moments before a suspected arsonist set an Etobicoke-based Burger's Priest restaurant ablaze.

Police are investigating a suspected arson at a Burger's Priest location in Etobicoke after a fire broke out at the restaurant early Tuesday morning. 

Officers and fire crews responded to a fire at the fast food restaurant near The Queensway and The East Mall around  3:20 a.m., Toronto police said in a post on X

In CCTV footage obtained by CBC, an individual is seen smashing a window and climbing into the restaurant. Moments later they're seen coming out and sprinting away as a fire explodes inside the building.

Police said no one was injured and that there are no suspects at this time.
