Teen charged after fatal crash in Whitchurch-Stouffville: police
An Oshawa teen has been charged in relation to a fatal head-on collision near Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ont., on Sunday. A 35-year-old man died and four others were injured in the crash, said Ontario Provincial Police on Tuesday.

An Oshawa teen has been charged in relation to a fatal head-on collision near Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ont., on Sunday.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 48 between St. John Sideroad and Ballantrae Commons at 9:20 p.m. Sunday.
A 35-year-old man died in the crash, police said.
Four others were taken to hospital to treat injuries, the OPP said in a news release on Tuesday.
The teenage driver of the second vehicle fled the scene, police said. He was later located and arrested with help from York Regional Police.
Police charged the driver for several offences, including dangerous driving causing death and bodily harm, said the release.
