Mark Connors, a 16-year-old goalie with the Halifax Hawks, says he was targeted by racial slurs during a P.E.I. hockey tournament in November. While an investigation is underway, the Halifax Hawks have decided none of their teams will play in any further hockey tournaments in P.E.I. until the matter is settled.
