Ontario PC leader Doug Ford launched his re-election campaign in Windsor on Wednesday. He says he needs a strong mandate to respond to threats of tariffs by U.S. President Donald Trump. But protesters outside Ford's campaign launch reminded him of another pressing issues: education and health care. The Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario has also announced its candidate in Windsor West, Tony Francis, who did not take questions from the media on Wednesday. The CBC's Chris Ensing has more.
