Billy Cando, owner of a tattoo shop in La Ronge, Sask., shared security camera footage from his business on La Ronge Avenue, across from A & W and half a block from Robertson Trading Post and RONA hardware. The mayor of La Ronge confirmed to CBC News on Tuesday night that RONA burned down.
