The video game 1000xResist, a game focused on resistance in a dystopian sci-fi world, recently won America's oldest major award for electronic media. Remy Siu, the creative director for the game at the independent Sunset Visitor studio, said that the video game medium offered them expansive storytelling opportunities that films and TV shows could not.
