The City of Vancouver has restarted its car-free pedestrian zone pilot in the historic Gastown neighbourhood. Water Street will be closed from vehicle traffic every Sunday until the end of August. But as Ali Pitargue reports, the city had to make adjustments from last year's pilot, which drew mixed reaction from businesses.
