Hanlan's Point Beach gets safety 'bubble zone' to keep away boats, watercrafts
Hanlan's Point Beach is getting a bubble zone extending 200 metres off the shoreline. The pilot project aims to improve safety for swimmers by keeping the area free of motorized watercrafts and vessels.
