The war on weed-ridden and overgrown lawns continues in Winnipeg, with the city telling homeowners to cut their grass or pay up. City bylaws state that homeowners could receive a warning if vegetation on their properties is taller than 15 centimetres, and they will be billed if that work is not done in eight days.
