Most cars made in the U.S. are subject to a counter tariff by the Canadian government, including Cameron Gillespie's 1969 Ford Shelby Mustang he bought from an Iowa dealership. The 25 per cent tariff plus tax will add an extra $30,000 to his bill, the Brantford resident says.
