      Downtown St. John’s has a notable amount of vacant space right now, and the city wants to make those empty areas look a bit nicer. That’s where the new Urban Art Gallery Beautification Plan comes in. Coun. Sandy Hickman explained the program on The St. John’s Morning Show.
