On March 29, a three-year-old girl suffered serious facial injuries in a dog attack. As the mother pushed for accountability, Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation entered into an animal control service agreement with the Village of Carmacks. The CBC’s Caitrin Pilkington has the story.
