Man accused in Bailey Plover's death appears in court on 2nd-degree murder charge
Close to 100 people gathered outside the Kelowna Law Courts building ahead of James Edward Plover's appearance. Plover is charged with second-degree murder after a daylight attack on two women last week in which Bailey Plover was killed. As Kimberly Davidson reports, James Plover had just been convicted of uttering threats and choking in a domestic case that morning.
