Hundreds of $10K FortisBC heat pump rebates in jeopardy over contractor certification
Fortis BC has rejected up to two hundred applications for heat pump rebates because of a temporary problem with the certification of a major Lower Mainland contractor. The rebates total about 1.5 million dollars and some customers are speaking out.
