As she carries Canada's flag into the official opening ceremony of the Sochi Olympics, Hayley Wickenheiser will have one key phrase in mind: watch your step. It's a cheeky warning she's doled out to previous flag-bearers, but it isn't bad advice. 

As Canadians celebrate in the stands and Montreal-made sets surround her, the six-time Olympian says she'll stay focused on the moment and representing our "humble, gentle" country. No social media for this experience, she says. 

The hockey champ also speaks to Jian about what carrying the flag means for her, what advice she'd give to first-time Olympians, and which teams she sees as forces to be reckoned with on the rink.
