Thompson RCMP look for youth suspect in arson investigation
Abandoned apartment complex caught fire Saturday

Police are looking for a youth suspected of having started a fire at an abandoned building in northern Manitoba this weekend.
The person was seen running away from the scene of the fire at an abandoned apartment complex in Thompson on Saturday, RCMP said.
Police went to the fire on Princeton Drive around 4:45 p.m. that day.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames, which were contained to several apartment units on the building's main level, RCMP said in a news release Tuesday.
A preliminary investigation found it was caused by arson, the release said.
The suspect is described as being male, four feet, 11 inches, and wearing brown pants, a black hoodie and a hat.
